FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Returns & Exchanges

    We don't accept returns for buyer's remorse (wrong size, changed your mind, etc.), except where required by law (see note for Brazil customers below). If something's wrong with your order, here's how it works.

    Misprinted, damaged, or defective items
    Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll send a free replacement. A photo of the issue is required.

    Wrong size
    We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, here's the process:

    1. Return the original item to us at your own cost, and once we've received it, we'll issue a refund.

    2. You can then place a new order at the correct size, paid separately.

    Lost in transit
    If your order hasn't arrived, let us know within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Include proof ie. screenshot of the tracking status showing no delivery, or correspondence with your local delivery service.

    Delivery issues
    If a package is returned to the warehouse because of an incorrect address or because it wasn't collected, reshipping will be charged again in full, we don't cover free redeliveries.

    Brazil customers
    You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item, provided it's unused. Contact us to start this process.
